Vision Statement

To be a beacon of light and truth in our community inviting all people to receive God's promise of salvation through Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

This is a reminder that this Saturday, February 18 is Movie Night at St. Josephs. This month's movie is Courageous which is a Christian based film about the lives of modern day Christians. This is an excellant film supported by many Christian organizations. Admission is free with a freewill offering. Refreshments will be available.Film Ministry leader Steve Goodhue invites all to attend and enjoy this event.

As outlined in the Bulletin, upcoming events for the beginning of Lent include the Men's Bible Study Pancake Supper on Shrove Tuesday February 21 staring at 5:30pm, and the service of Imposition of Ashes on Ash Wednesday, February 22 at 7:00pm.

A reminder that ongoing prayers are needed for all on the Paryers for Healing list especially for Rawle Nicholls who is in pallative care at St. Marys and Shareem Mohamed who is recovering from major surgery. Prayers are also requested for a safe  journey for Richard and Linda.

Speak to God, using this prayer or one of your own;

Lord God, giver of life, lead us, guide us, and free us to embrace the joy you have planned for us.

God bless you all,

Robert

Our History

In 1965, we began to serve the community of Brossard and its environs, as a "grass roots" faith group in the home of Allan and Connie Bridgeman. We believe that the Holy Bible is God's inspired word and that it is the ultimate source of guidance and authority.

In the present day, St Joseph provides new members with a family size church and a functioning Sunday School and Music Ministry. Having said this we are constantly looking for ways to update the building and grow the church. If you are interested in finding your first church family or a new group of people to worship with, we welcome you with open arms. Please join us any Sunday at 10:00 A.M.. See the contact page for a map and number to phone. We promise we will get back to you!
